Camp Ridgedale is a Chattanooga summer day camp for children and teens that promotes Christian values and encourages campers to love, grow, and explore. In 2022, a change of leadership prompted the desire to rebrand completely, and I was brought on to facilitate this change! In the design of the new logo and promotional items, I wanted to communicate youthfulness, excitement, and outdoorsiness. The target audience is wide, hoping to attract the attention of children, teenagers, and their guardians alike.

The acorn shape comes from a goal for the camp from its director, based on Proverbs 22:6
”Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.”
